We treat AI governance as risk management, not compliance theater. That means starting from how institutions actually get examined — model inventory, validation, monitoring, escalation — and extending that discipline to cover what's genuinely new about generative and agentic systems, rather than discarding decades of model risk practice to chase whatever is newest.
